im going to get strong muscles so i can carry the animals out of sea world and put them back in the ocean
They would die in the ocean; none of those orcas (or really anything else there unless it’s over about 50 years old) was born in the wild. None of those animals have any idea how to survive in the wild. They would likely starve to death, unless disease got them first. None of those animal have antibodies or immunity to diseases commonly found in the wild, immunity that wild orcas (and other animals) will have because of being born in the wild. Please educate yourselves about these matters. SeaWorld is a great, AZA accredited organization that does a ton of fantastic work for wild animals and conservation. I am pretty sick of armchair activists taking news articles, PeTA posts, and “documentaries” at face value. If you read “news” that makes you emotional, do yourself and everyone else a favor and research all sides of it. If, after reading the available literature, you still don’t support animals in captivity, put your activist energies toward real conservation and saving what little natural habitat we have left. Instead of signing a petition to get animals out of zoos and into the wild, or sanctuaries (which have lower standards than, and are more poorly funded, staffed, and regulated than good, aka AZA Accredited, zoos), sign a petition to stop unsustainable palm oil harvesting. Because if we ruin all of nature, the only place animals are going to be is in captivity.
